You don’t need to know exactly how a heating and cooling system works to know what to do. The process can be rather complicated and you could easily confuse yourself trying to understand complex functions.
Know the basic and you’ll be good to go. Almost any climate controlling will have three different components.
- A source of warmed or cooled air.
- Something to distribute the warm or cold air to the desired area.
- A control used to regulate the entire system.
If something is wrong with your heating or cooling then odds are it’s going to be one or more of these three areas that need to be serviced.
